The Transfer petition is filed to withdraw HMOP.No.161 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court, Krishnagiri and transfer the same to the Sub Court, Palladam, Tiruppur.

2. The petitioner would submit that she is residing at Palladam and for every hearing she has to travel around 520 Kms to attend the Court at Krishnagiri. The petitioner would submit that it is very difficult for her both physically as well as financially to attend every hearing. Therefore, the transfer petition.

3. The respondent though served has not entered appearance.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner has to travel from Palladam to Krishnagiri for every hearing and also the fact that she is not getting a maintenance from the respondent, the transfer petition is allowed. HMOP.No.161 of 2023 pending on the file of the Family Court, Krishnagiri is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Sub 2/5

Court, Palladam, Tiruppur. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
