This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records and quash the FIR in Cr. No.705/2018 on the file of the first respondent.
2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and charge sheet has been filed on 10.02.2023 and it is yet to be taken on file by XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town and hence nothing survives for adjudication in this matter.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
