(Order of the Court was made by N.Kirubakaran, J) This petition has been filed to amend the cause title with regard to the name of the 1st appellant.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that after various changes "M/s.BPL Mobile Cellular Limited" has become "Vodafone Idea Limited", only to bring out the said change the present petition has been filed.

3.The documents produced before this Court would also prove the change of name. Therefore, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
