ORDER

The wife has moved this transfer application. According to the petitioner/wife, she is working at HCL in Chennai and the husband is working at Sutherland Limited which is also in Chennai.

2. O.P.No.358 of 2023 has been presented before the Family Court at Page No 1 of 3

Chengalpet. In the mean time, a complaint has been lodged by the petitioner before the All Women Police Station at Puliyanthope.

3. The petitioner is facing difficulty in travelling from Chennai to Chengalpet for every hearing.

4. In the interest of the wife, this Transfer Civil Miscellaenous Petition stands allowed.

5. Accordingly, the proceedings in O.P.No.358 of 2023 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court at Chengalpet and it shall stand transferred to the file of the Family Court at Chennai. No costs.
