This application has been filed to implead the petitioner as 5th respondent in the above Second Appeal.

Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the final decree application, item I of the property was brought for auction and the petitioner is the successful bidder and deposited Rs.47,00,000/- on 12.03.2018. But suppressing the said fact, the appellant got admission of the Second Appeal.

4. In the light of the above submissions, the application is ordered.
