ORDER

This Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to call for the records made in Order dated 28.06.2019 in C.C. No.289 of 2016 on the file of Judicial Magistrate - I, Chidambaram and confirm the sentence in C.A.No.82 of 2019 dated 18.10.2019 on the file of II Additional District Sessions Judge, Chidambaram.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl side) appearing for the 1st respondent police. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsels of both parties have appeared before this Court and the defacto complainant also appeared in person and stated that she is not inclined to proceed the case against the petitioners, as there was a compromise arrived between her and the petitioners. Further, a Joint memo of 2/4

compromise dated 28.02.2020 has been filed by the defacto complainant and the petitioners before this Court.

Considering the joint memo of compromise filed by both parties, this Criminal Revision Petition stands 'disposed of'. The joint memo of compromise has been filed in the typed set of papers along with this petition, shall form part and parcel of this order.
