The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the investigation was conducted in Crime No.177 of 2019 and final report was filed and the same was taken on file in C.C. No. 9668 of 2021 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate for the exclusive trial of CCB (Cheating) and CBCID Metro, cases, Egmore, Chennai and thereafter, the petitioner was tried and acquitted by the Judgment dated 09.11.2022.

2.In view of the same, the above prayer in the Criminal Original Petition has become infructous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
