These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners that they shall stay at Chennai and report before the North Beach Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.Nos.20994, 22373 & 22421 of 2022 by common order dated 12.10.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
