This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a mandamus directing the third respondent to register the pending document No.506 of 2013 and return the same to the petitioner.

2. After notice, the matter is taken up for further hearing.
3. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that already an order dated 18.11.2014 was passed by the third respondent refusing to register the document on the reason stated in the said order. He has also produced copy of the said order. If that is the fact, then it is for the petitioner to challenge the said order in a manner known to law. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said order was not at all communicated to the petitioner.
3. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to furnish copy of the order dated 18.11.2014 to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and further by granting liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal challenging the said order dated 18.11.2014 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order before the District Registrar, viz., the second respondent herein. If any such appeal is filed, the same shall be considered and orders shall be passed on the merits and in accordance with law without reference to the period of limitation. No costs.
