ORDER

Earlier the case was listed on 20.10.2022. On that day there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the case was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 16.11.2022. Meanwhile, the petitioner was also directed to serve a copy of the petition to enable the respondents to file counter, if any, by the next date of hearing.

2. Again, when the case was taken up for hearing on 16.11.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the case was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 18.11.2022. Even today also, there is no representation for the petitioner either in person or through his learned counsel.
