This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking early disposal of the suit in O.S.No.177 of 2022 on the file of the learned Subordinate Court at Bhavani.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners/plaintiffs are senior citizens and the respondents/defendants are prolonging the case.

3. Heard the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioners are senior citizens, the trial court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.177 of 2022 as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
