This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of impugned proceedings of the first respondent herein made in Pa.Mu.(V3)11618 of 2013 dated 14.12.2013 and to quash the same and to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to restore the name of the petitioner in the revenue records. 2.This Writ Petition is of the year 2017. The matter was listed on 27.4.2023, 31.08.2023, 15.09.2023, 22.09.2023 & 20.11.2023. On 20.11.2023, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was ordered to be posted today ie., on 28.11.2023 under the caption "for disposal". Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner. Though sufficient opportunity was given to the petitioner to prosecute the matter, he is not

interested in prosecuting the case.
