ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been instituted to direct the respondent to produce the petitioner's minor daughter K.Gayathri aged about 17 years.

2. The detenue is studying BCA course at Soka Ikeda College of Arts and Science, Mathanaguppam, Chennai. Since, the detenue has been brought up in Chennai city she is capable of understanding what is good and bad to her life. She has realised and expressed her willingness to join with her parents. The father and mother of the detenue are present before this Court and they have agreed to provide all assistance to their daughter to peruse her education.

3. In view of the fact, the detenue is no more under illegal detention and agreed to go along with her parents, and no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
