(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents 1 to 4 for wilful disobedience of the order dated 12.03.2024 passed in W.P.No.18360 of 2020.

Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, the Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the Greater Chennai Corporation furnished photographs showing that the unauthorised constructions are removed and thus, the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

In view of the above submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
