This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para 3 of Crl.MP.No.11148 of in Crl.OP.No.17763 of 2024 dated 22.08.2024 on the file of this Court.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of nine weeks and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.11148 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.17763 of 2024 on 22.08.2024 in para 3 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 06.30 pm until further orders.
