measuring 0.15 cents, S.No.305/4F measuring 0.19 cents, S. No.305/5J measuring 0.14 cents and S.No.305/5F measuring 69 1/2 cents and to issue a separate Patta within the stipulated time.

Mr.R.P.Muruganraja, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up and disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to consider the petitioner's last representation dated 05.06.2025 pending before the 2nd Respondent herein for effecting subdivisions of the petitioner's lands comprised in S.No.305/4C measuring 0.06 1/2 cents, in S.No.305/4D measuring 0.15 cents, S.No.305/4F measuring 0.19 cents, S. No.305/5J measuring 0.14 cents and S.No.305/5F measuring 69 1/2 cents and to issue a separate Patta within the stipulated 2/6

time.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the property aforesaid property. He submitted a representation to the 2nd respondent on 05.06.2025 for effecting sub divisions and issue separate patta with respect to the aforesaid property. However, the same was not considered by the respondents till date, thus the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondent concerned would consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also upon the submissions made, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondent concerned to pass orders on the representation filed by the petitioner dated 05.08.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording due opportunity of 3/6

hearing to the petitioner as well as to any of the interested parties within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.

6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
