O R D E R

This review application has been filed to review the order dated 11.02.2020 passed in W.P.No.29812 of 2018.

2.This Court vide order dated 11.02.2020 made in W.P.No.29812 of 2018, issued direction to the second respondent / first respondent therein, to allot the lands in Survey No.328/2 to a similar extent in Kaulpalayam Village, Duraimangalam Madura, Perambalur Taluk and District to the petitioner's R.M.K.Blue Metals quarry as per the proposal of the Tahsildar, Perambalur Taluk. Aggrieved by the order, the petitioner has filed this review petition.

3.Inorder to review a decision, the petitioner should be able to point out an error which is apparent on the face of the record. In the present case, till date the order dated 11.02.2020 made in W.P.No.29812 of 2018 is in subsistence and it has not been modified by any other Appellate Authority or by any other Forum. When the order is in force, the petitioner has to implement the order. When there is no error which is apparent on the face of the record, filing review is mis-conceived.
