ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings under section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of this Court's order dated 14.12.2021 made in W.P.No.20065 of 2009.

2. Learned Additional Advocate General, submitted that as against the order of the Writ Court, an appeal has been preferred before this court in W.A.No.430 of 2023 and an interim order of stay has been granted on 23.02.2023 in the said appeal.
