2. The notice has been served on both the parties.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 1584 days is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimants/petitioners will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 1584 days, in the appeal.

4. CMP No.13108 of 2022 is ordered, accordingly.

5. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same for admission.

6. Registry is further directed to print the name of the respondent counsel in the cause list, at the time of admission.
