Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.UMA SHANKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.MUTHUKUMAR, Advocate for the 1st respondent and of MR.N.NAGU SAH, Advocate for the 4th respondent the court made the following order:-

O R D E R

In this miscellaneous petition, on 11.10.2017, an order of status quo was granted till 31.10.2017. Subsequently, by orders dated 31.10.2017, 05.01.2018, 01.02.2018, 15.02.2018 and 09.04.2018, the said interim order was extended till 17.11.2017, 01.02.2018, 15.02.2018, 09.04.2018 and 20.04.2018 respectively. Thereafter, by order dated 20.04.2018 the said interim order was extended until further orders. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this petition stands ordered accordingly.
