This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.20619 of 2022 on 30.08.2022 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. and 5.30 p.m for a period of four weeks and thereafter report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
