This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to substitute the petitioner namely Mr.S.Aswathaman in the place of deceased Mr.Selvarangam, as petitioner in the main writ petition.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this petition.
