ORDER

When the transfer civil miscellaneous petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband reports that he intends to withdraw HMOP.No.1433 of 2023 on the file of the Family Court at Coimbatore. He would state that the case is listed on 02.07.2024 and on that date, he is going to withdraw the petition.

2. Since the respondent reports that he is intending to withdraw the proceedings, I am not inclined to grant the transfer as it would be an order which would not be workable. It is made clear that in case, he does not withdraw the proceedings on that date, the wife is entitled to take appropriate proceedings, including contempt and re-initiation of the transfer proceedings. 07.06.2024 nl Index : yes / no : yes / no Speaking / Non Speaking Order
