This application has been filed to extend the time for a period of six months to adjudicate the claims before the Arbitrator.

2. Notice sent to the respondent was returned as " refused ". Hence, the service of notice is deemed to be sufficient.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit and considering the nature of the agreement entered into between the parties and also considering the pandemic situation, this court is inclined to extend time for six months to complete the Arbitral proceedings, from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
