[Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.] These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 168 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant in A.S.No.1255 of 2015; to set aside the abatement; and to bring on record the petitioners as legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant.

2.The fact that the petitioners are the legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant is not in issue. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and these petitions are ordered.
