This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22211 of 2024 dated 13.09.2024, by this Court to report before Siva Kanchi Police Station on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions. He would further submit that investigation is still pending and the petitioner is having some previous cases against him.

4.Mr.G.Vinothkumar, learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant would submit that subsequent to the grant of bail, the petitioner has threatened the defacto complainant in front of the 1/4

respondent's office.

5. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.22211 of 2024 dated 13.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Poonamallee, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

6.With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
