O R D E R

The Petitioner, who is residing at Hosur, has come up with this Petition seeking transfer of H.M.O.P.No.619 of 2019 from the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee to the file of the Subordinate Court, Hosur.

According to the Petitioner, it would be difficult for her to travel all the way from Hosur to attend the hearings in H.M.O.P.No.619 of 2019 pending on the file of the Subordinate Court, Poonamallee.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent submitted that, the Respondent has no objection to transfer the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.619 of 2019 from the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee, to the file of the Subordinate Court, Hosur.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent, the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.619 of 2019 is transferred from the file of the Sub Court, Poonamallee to the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Hosur. The Principal Subordinate Court, Hosur, is expected to conclude the trial, as expeditiously as possible, without https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

adjourning the matter beyond 45 working days at any point of time, to bring the issue to a logical end.

5. The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed as indicated above.

No costs. Consequently, connected C.M.P.No.25863 of 2019 is closed.
