This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21792 of 2024 on 06.09.2024 that the petitioner shall report before te respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. He further submitted that the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tiruppur, and the same is yet to be numbered.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21792 of 2024 dated 06.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on the first working day in December 2024 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned trial Judge.
