Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.PREM AUXILIAN RAJ Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- The Civil Miscellaneous petition is filed to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.619 of 2019, pending on the file of the Sub-Court at Poonamalle. 2.In view of the fact that H.M.O.P is a matrimonial proceedings regarding dissolution of marriage, no such petition to dispense with personal appearance can be considered. 3.Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
