ORDER
This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for the willful disobedience of the orders of this Court passed in WP.No.22782 of 2024 dated 07.08.2024, thereby the respondents had been directed to disburse the bill amount of Rs.43,26,00,000/- within a time frame. 2/4
2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court in WP.No.22782 of 2024 dated 07.08.2024 has been complied with by the respondents.
3. Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed. However, if there is any grievance over the disbursement of the bill amount, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate forum to get the grievance redressed.
