As per the condition imposed in the interim order dated 01.11.2022 passed in C.M.P.No.13030 of 2022 in A.S.No.364 of 2022, the petitioners have deposited the decree amount and thus, the interim stay granted by this Court on 01.11.2022 stands made absolute and the petition is ordered accordingly.

2. Post the Appeal Suit for final hearing after two weeks.
