ORDER
This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the 3 rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2010, whereby, she sought to survey and measure the petitioner lands as per deed of partition dated 13.10.2010 registered as document no. 7493/2010 at the office of SRO Annur.
2.Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 4.The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2010 has not been considered by the rd respondent so far.
5.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the 3 rd respondent to consider and decide the same on merits and in accordance with law. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the 3 rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.10.2010 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law. Such exercise shall be done by the 3 rd respondent within a period of four weeks from today. No costs.

Special Government Pleader Krishnan Ramasamy,J., sd Order This Writ Petition is listed today under the caption "For Being Mentioned", seeking rectification on account of certain typographical errors occurred in the order passed thereunder, dated 10.09.2025 2.
It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the representation was dated 26.04.2025, but, in Para No.1, ,4 and 5 of the order passed by this Court in the above Writ Petition, it has been wrongly mentioned as 13.10.2010. Hence, the said errors have to be rectified. 3.
Considering the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the date of the representation wrongly mentioned in Para Nos.1, 4, and 5 of the order, as ''13.10.2010'', shall be substituted by correct date as ''26.04.2025''

Registry is directed to issue fresh copy of the order after carrying out aforesaid correction.
