2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a Demand Draft bearing No.43343851 for a sum of Rs.2,53,811/- drawn on Union Bank of India, Alandur dated 08.01.2025. The said Demand Draft has been received by the learned counsel for the respondent on due endorsement in the Court bundle.
3. Since the entire EP amount has been paid by way of Demand Draft, the Trial Court is directed to terminate the Execution Petition and pass an order raising the attachment.
4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
