[Made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.,] Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that an encroacher has given an undertaking that the Department shall take possession of the coconut trees in the Poromboke Land.

2. In view of the said undertaking, the authority has already taken possession of the coconut trees by removing encroachment.

3. In view of the above submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
