(Order of the Court was made by M.Sathyanarayanan, J.) When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.R.Vijaya Kumar, learned Addl. Govt. Pleader appearing for official respondents produced before this court the afffidavit filed on behalf of 3rd respondent.

2. Perused the affidavit filed by the Additional Secretary to Government, Home Department, Secretariat, Chennai-9 on behalf of the Principal Secretary, Home Department, Government of Tamilnadu. It is relevant to extract the following from the affidavit. '4. It is submitted that as per the above said Government Order, the Sub-Divisional level Vigilance and Monitoring committee has been formed in certain districts. However, since the Rural local body election has been over in the State and newly elected member of Panchayat Raj institutions belong to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe has to be included in the committees. Hence, all the District Collectors were requested to constitute/reconstitute the committee and to send the report to the Government in Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department vide Government letter No.755/POA(1)/2019-4, dated 29.01.2020.'

3. In the light of the facts and circumstances, the Principal Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu, Adi Dravida and Tribal Welfare Department, Secretariat, Chennai 600 009 is suo motu impleaded as respondent in WP.No.25903 of 2017 and W.P.No.493 of 2018.

4. Learned Addl. Govt. Pleader appearing for the official respondents prays for short accommodation to file status report as to the effecting of implementation of the directions given in the final order dated 27.6.2019 in WP.No.25903 of 2017 & WP.No.493 of 2018

5. The Registry is directed to suitably amend the cause title.
