O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to modify one of the conditions imposed by the learned Sessions Judge (Fast Track Mahila Court), Villupuram District in Crl.M.P.No.8422 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge (Fast Track Mahila Court), Villupuram District in Crl.M.P.No.8422 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022. He further submitted that the learned trial Judge, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Thursday at 10 a.m. and affix their signature until further orders. He also stated that eventhough the petitioner is working as a Library Clerk at the Jawaharlal Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research (Jipmer), Pondicherry, he is regularly complying with the said condition from 03.11.2022 and it affects his day to day activities, therefore, he seeks for modification of the condition. 2/4

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by the lower Court in Crl.M.P.No.8422 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

5. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8422 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022 to appear before the respondent police on every Monday and Thursday at 10 a.m. and affix their signature until further orders is modified as follows and the other conditions remains unaltered.

" the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until filing of final report."
