SATHISHKUMAR, J., This application has been filed to direct the respondent to furnish security for a sum of Rs.21,02,928.76 within a time fixed by this court, failing which to pass an order of attachment of the immovable property described in the schedule to the judges summons pending initiation and disposal of the arbitration proceedings between the applicant and the respondents and till the enforcement of the Award that may be ultimately passed in the arbitration proceedings.

2. Despite service of notice to the respondent, none appeared on behalf of the respondent.

3. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to furnish security for a sum of Rs.21,02,928.76 on or before 28.09.2020.
