Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ or order of direction or any other Writ in the nature Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in respect of the Final Order No.29-30/2017 Cus dated 02.06.2017 passed by the 2nd respondent in terms of section 127-I (1) of the Customs Act, 1962, quash the same and consequently directing the Settlement Commission the 2nd respondent herein to reconsider the settlement application filed by the Petitioner afresh in accordance with Section 127 B (1) and Section 28 of the Customs Act, 1962.
