Crl.M.P.No.15429 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.20378 of 2024 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J ., This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20378 of 2023 dated 22.08.2024, passed by this Court to report before the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Edapadi, everyday at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed; final report has been filed and the case is taken up in P.R.C.No.12 of 2024 on the file of the Mahila Court, Salem and the case shall stands be posted on 28.11.2024 for framing of charges.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7 (a) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15429 of 2024 dated 22.08.2024 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Mahila Court, Salem on 28.11.2024 and thereafter, on the date shall be fixed by the learned Trial Judge.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
