Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VISWAGANDHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.B.S.JOTHIRAMAN Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This matter is posted today under the caption 'for reporting settlement'.

2.On an earlier occasion when the matter came up before this Court on 01.11.2017, this Court granted bail to the petitioners, imposing certain conditions. When the matter is taken up today, it is represented by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent that the condition as imposed by this Court for depositing the amount of Rs.50,000/- and Rs.75,000/-, respectively, has not been complied with even after a lapse of one year. 3.To the above said contention, there is no proper explanation forthcoming on the side of the petitioners, except stating that the petitioners require some more time. Already more than a year had lapsed and inspite of the same, the conditional order passed by this Court has not been complied with.

4.In view of the above position, the suspension order granted by this Court shall stand vacated and these petitions shall stand dismissed.
