This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent Police to register an F.I.R based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 31.10.2022.

2. Heard Mr.R.Sankarasubbu, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that the complaint given by the petitioner has been taken on file in C.S.R.No.996 of 2022 and the same is pending.

4. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to enquire the parties in C.S.R.No.996 of 2022 and take a final decision in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed off with the above direction.
