Heard the submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.
Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 21 days in filing the above criminal revision in Crl.R.C.SR.No.58299 of 2019, against the judgment dated 24.07.2019, made in Crl.A.No.28 of 2019, by the III Additional District Judge, Salem, confirming the conviction imposed in the judgment dated 07.01.2019, made in C.C.No.18/2018, by the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Salem , is hereby condoned.
The Registry is directed to number the above criminal revision in Crl.R.C.SR.No.58299 of 2019, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
