ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from interfering in the civil dispute involving loan transactions between the petitioner and 4th respondent by virtue of agreement dated 19.09.2015.

2. It seems that there is a money dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent in which the second and third respondents are interfering with the issues between them. If any complaint is lodged as against the petitioner and any cognizable offence is made out as against the petitioner, the third respondent may proceed on merits and in accordance with law. Without any complaint the second and third respondents have no business to interfere with the private dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

3. With the above observation, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
