This application is filed to condone the delay of 152 days in filing the above appeal against H.M.O.P. No.156 of 2018 dated 14.3.2022 on the file of Family Court, Cuddalore.

2. Being satisfied with the reason stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the delay is condoned and consequently, condone delay application is allowed. Registry is directed to number the Civil Miscellaneous appeal and post the appeal after two weeks.
