CMP No.22068 of 2025 in AS SR No. 130153 of 2025 P.B.BALAJI.J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to accept the cause title in the Appeal Suit.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner invited the attention of this Court to the prayer in the cause title in Interlocutory Application for rejection of plaint. However, he contends that the cause title in the Suit is correct as it mentions the power agent representing the appellants 2 to 4. However, in the Interlocutory Application, there is no mention about the power agent. Hence, the present petition for accepting the cause title.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to order this petition.

5. Accordingly this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Registry is directed to number the Appeal Suit, if it is otherwise in order and post the matter for admission.
