This Court has passed an order on 4.1.2019 directing the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Chengalpattu to dispose of the A.S.No.49 of 2015, which has been re-numbered as A.S.No.7 of 2019, expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the receipt of the records.

2. Tmt.K.Sudha, the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Chengalpattu has now sent the letter dated 29.5.2019 seeking another three months time to dispose of the re-numbered A.S.No.7 of 2019, as the case has been posted for appearance of the respondent and for arguments.

3. This Court grants only a month's time to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Chengalpattu to dispose of the re-numbered A.S.No.7 of 2019 on merits and it is made clear that the time will not be extended any further. 12.06.2019 ss http://www.judis.nic.in
