As the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2024 for issue of a patta in respect of the property situate at No.14/ 134/1, Thirukovilur Road, Ward No.4, Pidagam Village within Melapalayam Limits, Ulundurpet Taluk, Comprised in R.S. No.455/1 admeasuring 1782 sq.feet. has not been considered, the petitioner is before this Court.

Considering the limited request made by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is allowed and a Mandamus is issued to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 14.06.2024, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
