The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.35 of 2019, the first respondent / Police has filed the final report before the Additional Mahila Court, Coimbatore and the same was taken on file in C.C. No. 1114 of 2022.

2.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioners to pursue further action against the final report if so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
