When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the parties were not able to arrive at an amicable settlement. In view of the same, the order passed by this Court on 08.12.2025 is confirmed. It will be left open to the respondent to file a fresh application under Section 11 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for appointment of an Arbitrator in order to adjudicate the claim made by respondent.
