ORDER

This Court in its earlier proceedings i.e., 03.09.2025 recorded the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, who sought time to file the translated copies of documents and adjourned the matter to 17.09.2025. Further, it was also recorded that failure to do so, the writ petition will be dismissed on the next hearing date.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the translated copies of documents are not filed, as undertaken by the learned counsel for the petitioner in earlier proceedings.

3. As the earlier directions were not complied, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
